Hi I’m Kate Hall, wife, mother of three and coach.

With years of experience of learning and working in the field, I know how challenging and emotional the transformation journey can be. I’ve had my fair share of struggles, self doubt and letting my appearance determine my self-worth.

Being a busy professional or having a hectic home life isn’t an easy burden. When you put yourself at the bottom of the priority list things start to slip, bad-habits start to form and you are not functioning at your best.

Personal Training Pricing

Small Group Personal Training

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions offer Personal Training in a small group setting.
Get that same high-quality coaching and focus of 1:1 training with the added fun of a small group environment to keep you motivated.

Small group Personal Training is the best of both. Small group means just that, no more than six people to ensure coaching is a top priority.

Every person will start with a one-to-one evaluation so your individual goals and needs can be assessed and the training programme can be tailored to you.


£100.00 PER MONTH

Team Training

Our classes are in larger groups of no more than 10 people.

The classes have a conditioning bias, with programming centered around our resistance training, Bike’s, Ski’s and Rowers.

Focusing on functional movement patterns with a measured approach to intensity each 45 minutes of workout is scaled to the member’s ability.

Training in teams who will help to fire you up and help keep you going.


£50.00 PER MONTH

One-to-One Personal Training

While Small Group Personal Training is a fantastic and effective approach to fitness, one-to-one coaching may be the right choice for you.

Some people prefer privacy, may need specific support due to injury or may just want to gain some confidence in a one-to-one setting before joining a group.

A specifically tailored approach dedicated to your goals.

Online Personal Training


12 Week Programme

Online training programmes for men & women. A flexible & convenient way to receive personal training. Home or Gym based programmes available. Ideally suited to those with previous training experience. Monthly online check in. Unlimited support to ask questions & recieve feedback on your lifts.



Individually designed programmes. Evidence based nutrition coaching support. Monthly coaching call along with Bi-Weekly online check in. Unlimited support to ask questions & recieve feedback. Optional in-person coaching sessions can also be included.
